U.S. Initial Quality Study: Chrysler, Jeep Brands Are Most Improved According to J.D. Power
According to a press release issued yesterday by FCA US LLC, the Chrysler and Jeep brands have been recognized as the most improved in J.D. Power’s 2016 U.S. Initial Quality StudySM (IQS). Both brands jumped 20 percentage points in the study that is based on responses from more than 80,000 purchasers of new 2016 model-year vehicles after the first 90 days of ownership...
